Diversity and Inclusion at the Network Plus Group
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, valued and able to succeed.
Women in Network Plus (WiN+)
Women in Network Plus (WiN+) was established to support, connect and empower women across the organisation. Since launching in 2021, the network has grown to over 250 members nationwide, providing a platform for women to share experience, build connections and support one another in what is traditionally a male-dominated industry. WiN+ creates opportunities for colleagues to engage with leadership, access development opportunities and explore career pathways within the business.
A key part of the network's work is supporting development and progression through the initiatives such as the Women in Leadership Programme, delivered in partnership with Raise the Bar, and the Women in Operations programme, launched in 2025 to support more women into operational roles across the business.

As part of Women in Network Plus, we offer dedicated support groups that focus on important life stages and experiences, including the Working Parents Group and the Menopause Support Group. Relaunched in 2025, the Working Parents Group that provides a supportive space for parents across the organisation, from pregnancy and returning to work to navigation family milestones. The group has helped enhance maternity support and offers practical resources for employees and managers throughout the maternity and return-to-work journey.
The Menopause Support Group provides a safe, open environment for colleagues to discuss menopause, share experiences, and access guidance. It raises awareness across the organisation, supports managers and connects colleagues to expert advice, resources, and one-to-one support via the Peppy Health app.
Together, these groups foster a workplace where colleagues feel supported through different stags of life and career at Network Plus.
