Will Pedigrew, Head of Talent Acquisition
Will has worked in Recruitment for 14+ years across various sectors in a mixture of agency and internal recruitment. He heads the internal Talent Acquisition team, who fill roles for Network Plus all over England and Wales. He also supports with recruitment for our Head Office and Go Traffic Management function.
In his spare time he enjoys listening to music and attending live music events, cycling, cooking and walking his Border Collie.
Safiyyah Thurston, Senior Talent Partner
Safiyyah (otherwise known as Saf), has extensive recruitment experience spanning across 7 years within agency and internal settings. She has been with Network Plus for 2 years, placing candidates across all levels within our water division.
In her spare time, her simple pleasures involves anything outdoors from walking her dog, hiking in the lakes or city breaks.
Sophie Tully, Senior Talent Partner
Sophie has 7 years recruitment experience, with an agency background her previous roles include account management within the aerospace defence and national security sectors, sourcing top candidates into niche roles. She has been at Network Plus for 2 years placing candidates into various roles within our Power and Gas sectors.
In her spare time she keeps busy spending time with her young daughter and going for walks with her two dogs.
